Sidama Organic Worku Buche

Certified Organic, Premium, Bright Ethiopian Coffee. 

Ethiopian farmers naturally practice organic farming but few pursue the full certification process.  This is our second bean variety that the farmers chose to pursue it.  Worku Buche has a wet mill located in Sidama.  These beans, once collected, are naturally processed which enhances the flavor over washing. This location processes ripe, sorted cherries from farms at 1,900 to 2,000 meters above sea level. These beans are graded at G1 which is the highest quality. While regarded as the birthplace of Arabica coffee, Ethiopia contributes only 3 to 4% of the worlds coffee supply.  Yet the variety of flavors are remarkable.
