Yirgacheffe Kochere

A Rare Bright Certified Organic Ethiopian Coffee. 

Yirgacheffe beans are bright and flavorful which makes for an excellent light to medium roast.  Many farms at 2,100 meters above sea level contributed to this product. These beans are graded at G1 which is the highest quality grade for Ethiopian coffee. While regarded as the birthplace of Arabica coffee, Ethiopia contributes only 3 to 4% of the worlds coffee supply.  Yet the variety of flavors are remarkable.
