Our owner for these beans purchased his farm in 1984.  Over the fourty years since, he's experimented with different processing methods to innovate on the quality, flavor and experience in the resulting coffee.  His beans are grown at 1600-1750 meters above sea level.  This coffee has a complex cup profile that aims to please.  The exceptional cupping scores of 88.5 show that his work has some amazing results.
